Q. Does your machine require an inspection?
A. The law states that equipment used for lifting persons MUST be thoroughly inspected every 6 months.

Under the LOLER (Lifting Operations & Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998) Regulation 9(3) 
"Every employer shall ensure that lifting equipment which is exposed to conditions causing deterioration which is liable to result in dangerous situations is:
(a). Thoroughly Examined, (i) in the case of lifting equipment for lifting persons persons or an accessory for lifting persons, at least every 6 months".

·    Six monthly thorough examinations in line with L.O.L.E.R. (Lifting Operations & Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998).

·    Breakdown service, 24 hrs a day, 365 days a year.

·    Full workshop facilities for major repairs and refurbishment.
